**Warehouse Supervisor**

Our client is currently looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to join their busy team in Atherstone

**Hours of Work**: Tuesday - Saturday 7pm - 4am

**Locations**:Atherstone on Stour, Stratford-upon-Avon

**Salary**:£30k DOE

**About the Role**:
You will ensure JIT supply of all packaging, labels and trays to enable daily production plan without interruption. Collaborative team work and open communications with operational departments is an essential aspect of the role as is a day-to-day supervisionof the team.

**Warehouse Supervisor Duties**:

- Supervise and coordinate work plans of a team of stock controllers and box makers.
- Coordination, recording and updating logístical logs and full inventory records
- Ensure main and fulfillment stores stock levels fully accounted for JIT supplies to production
- Follow up third party deliveries
- To ensure that all FLT and pallet trucks are operated, maintained, and charged in accordance with company procedures.
- Fully manage periodic stock takes
- Maintain, log, and correct use all data capture equipment.
- Ensure that the area of work remain orderly and systematic, deploying a clean as you go practice.
- Ensure that all stock is correctly stored within the correct temperature-controlled environment.
- To ensure that all stock is stored correctly and that all loads are handed, transported, stored, and allocated safely.
- To carry out and manage racking and stack safely inspections.
- Ensure that store and yard is kept in an acceptable and tidy condition.

**Warehouse Supervisor Requirements**:

- Educated to NQF Level 3 in an academic or equivalent level vocational qualification
- Previous experience in stock management within a FMCG environment
- Experience of packaging formats and types
- Experience of supervising a team
- Fluent in English (written and verbal)
- Must live within a reasonable commuting distance of the site with a full UK Driving Licence as travel to and from sites will be expected
