**Role Overview**:
The Lifelong Learning service delivers Adult learning opportunities to over 2,500 learners. An opportunity has arisen to join the service in providing highly effective business support to the Lifelong Learning Service.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide an excellent level of customer service and exchange a wide variety of information with a range of audiences.
- Provide support to Curriculum teams as identified.
- Data entry including checking documents for completeness and accuracy; attention to detail and an ability to work to required standards with little close supervision is essential.
- Undertake key financial tasks including ordering goods and services, processing payments and balancing and reconciling monies.

**Key Requirements**:
To succeed in this role, you will be able to:

- Will be experienced in providing high quality business support combined with excellent administration, ICT skills and organisation skills.
- Have excellent customer service skills to deliver polite, courteous and efficient service to colleagues, partners and service users
- Have the ability to work under pressure to competing priorities and demands.
- Have excellent time management skills, be a flexible team player and be able to work at pace with excellent attention to detail.
- Previous experience of working in a Lifelong Learning Service would be beneficial.
