Join us as a Strategic Finance Partner
- You’ll play a key role in managing the primary relationship with functional ExCo members and Finance and partnering with them to help them navigate a period of significant transformation
- It’s a chance to develop your leadership profile as you lead and manage a strategic finance team, while benefiting from valuable exposure and recognition

**What you'll do**:
As a Strategic Finance Partner, you’ll be developing, shaping and influencing the strategic direction of the business.

You’ll also be:

- Responsible for overseeing £750m of spend
- Providing strategic and expert advice supported by specific financial plans, forecasts, stress testing and customer, market or segment analysis in collaboration with the Finance centre of excellence
- Delivering a critical review and challenge to ensure the optimum use of resource presented in investment decisions and business cases
- Proactively influencing to make sure cost and investment management leadership is present within the business
- Overseeing strategic finance activities including product overlays for plan, forecast, stress scenarios
- Driving all business finance requirements, including month end requirements, strategic planning, functional reporting requirements and ensuring the timely escalation of issues

- The ability to communicate, influence and resolve conflict at an executive level
