We are currently supporting a fantastic organisation in York City Centre who are looking for a HR Advisor to join their HR team.
This is a full-time 6-month fixed term contract starting immediately. You will only be required in the office up to once a week if needed for meetings but will more-or-less work from home
You will work in a friendly and supportive HR team providing an effective HR service to employees on a range of HR issues including:
- Employee Relations (disciplinaries, grievances, absence management)
- Recruitment queries
- Guidance to managers
- HR policy and procedures development and implementation
- Work in partnership with stakeholders to understand challenges and find solutions
- Other queries and duties when required
Our client is looking for someone passionate about delivering high-quality HR advice and support, and someone who can work well in a friendly team dynamic but also autonomously.
You will have experience in the following areas:
- Been in a HR Advisory role previously
- Employee Relations experience
- Stakeholder Management experience
- Possess strong interpersonal skills
- Can make an impact and influence positive decisions
