Lion and Castle are Block Management agents engaged to coordinate all aspects of property maintenance and relative financial matters. The business is growing at a fast rate and there is now an opportunity for a new member on the team who will have substantial opportunities to grow and progress in the role. Duties are typical of many administrative roles however the actual work is continually changing and interesting. We are offering a starting salary of £20,000 per annum with regular reviews. The role is full time with the office based in central Norwich
**Responsibilities**
Reporting directly to the Managing Director
Liaising with a small team on day-too-day issues
Provide support and assistance to clients and colleagues
Organize appointments and prepare meeting agendas and minutes
Handle complaints efficiently or refer to the appropriate colleague
other general administrative duties
**Qualifications**
Enthusiastic, Friendly, self-motivated and conscientious with a willingness to learn
Strong administration skills and experience working within an office environment
Flexible approach to solving problems
Excellent communication skills in person, on the telephone and in writing with colleagues, company clients and contractors
Use of initiative and an enquiring mind to understand client problems and resolve them effectively
Ability to work as part of a friendly and energetic team
Ability to be personally responsible and work on own initiative
Good levels of numeracy, literacy and accuracy
Courteous and professional in all work matters
Current full uk driving license required
**Salary**: From £20,000.00 per year
