A local, award winning Day Spa is looking to hire a Digital Content Creator & Campaign Assistant responsible for executing and reporting for marketing and digital ‘storytelling’ across all brand touch points.

We are looking for an enthusiastic person to join our small, yet perfectly formed team to help spread the word and become a brand ambassador.

The Role.

The role will predominantly be remote with occasional visits to the spa in Chalfont St Peter (SL9) Reporting directly to the Business Development and Marketing Director, you will work closely with them to create quarterly campaigns.

You will be responsible for delivering the social media and digital campaign content calendar.

You will write and create all written and visual content inline with the brand values of The Spa, schedule and post content to all digital marketing channels, increase the follower base and content interaction and monitor campaign performance.

As the first external marketing person, your role is like an acorn, it will start small but has the potential to grow into a mighty oak

To be successful in this role, an excellent command of the English language is essential as well as a big helping of creative flair.

Having knowledge in publishing tools such as Hootsuite, Later, Canva and MailChimp would be an advantage.

In addition, you will be expected to train and learn how to use our in-house CRM to deliver bi weekly newsletters and announcements. Therefore, an understanding of databases and data mining would be an asset.

You will also work with the Marketing Director to help design and launch the customer loyalty programme to encourage repeat bookings and build on the customer experience.

This is a part time role, two - two and a half days a week progressing to a possible full time role within six months.

The salary is between £24-£26k pro rata.
