They will work within the local community to deliver the Prevention agenda, including: Increased access to condoms through the coordination of the Condom Distribution Scheme as well as provide general health promotion support and targeted intervention training. Contributing towards reports for commissioners and key stakeholders. Identifying relevant organisations and encourage and assist them to establish the scheme to increase and maintain the number of outlets.
Delivering training, events and information sessions to a range of audiences to promote the CDS and wider integrated sexual health service Working with partners, third sector and voluntary organisations to improve access to sexual health services for vulnerable service users, e.g. supported housing providers, educational establishments, youth offending teams Support delivery of Prevention Projects to meet the requirements of the service specification, which includes working with vulnerable individuals and communities, under the guidance of the Senior Project Facilitating and monitoring the supply of C-Card stock and resources to outlets signed up to the scheme.
