Are you an experienced Customer Service Advisor who relishes in making a great first impression? Do you have experience in sales or increasing revenue? Have you worked in Purpose Built Student Accommodation or a similar setting? If the answer is yes then we’d love to hear from you.

**The role**

As a Customer Service Advisor you will be responsible for high levels of customer service and satisfaction and ensuring any issues raised by our customers is resolved in an efficient manner following internal policies and procedures. Managing all Customer related queries and following up on any bookings.

**Qualifications and Experience**

Previous Customer Service and Sales experience in a same or similar role i.e. Purpose Built Student Accommodation (PBSA), Hospitality, Leisure, Sales setting is desirable.

Working Hours: 24 hours per week

**NOTE** Weekend availability is required for this role

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 24 per week

**Salary**: £14,976.00 per year
