Sales Administrator

**Hours**:Mon-Fri (37.5 hours per week)
We are now seeking a Sales Administrator to join our passionate and welcoming team in **Salford**. The role of Sales Administrator is really important to us. You will be the first point of contact for our clients and you must have a passion for providing outstanding customer service.
You will also need to be a diligent worker, able to prioritise under pressure, and follow through on actions. This role is an essential part of the sales team; building supportive and trusting relationships with customers and clients and also key stakeholders across the business.
**Your responsibilities will include**:
- Front line answering of the sales phone extension and providing prices / information as requested.
- Ensuring all leads that the sales executives receive are populated on the pipeline and VUEpoint with all details given.
- Ensure that all orders are updated
- Liaising with production and installation teams to ensure dispatch deadlines are met.
- Send customer account forms to customers and liaise with accounts
- Ad hoc administrative and support duties.
