We are supporting a global client who are looking to recruit an experienced HR Advisor to join their HR Team.
You will be the primary point of contact for employee and line manager queries in the UK and ROI through the management of the HR ticketing system AskHR and UK and Ireland People Sharepoint.
**Responsibilities as a HR Operations Advisor**:
- Proactively own & drive content of UK and Ireland People sharepoint to be an informative and engaging first stop for employee HR queries and information, drive regular promotion of the sharepoint and AskHR as the primary channels for employee and managerHR queries.
- Development of the AskHR channel to provide an efficient and consistent response to employee queries which cannot be addressed via sharepoint.
- First point of contact for response to employee tickets raised through AskHR, providing informative responses where possible and referring to other members of the HR team as required.
- Proactively provide management insight through the analysis of traffic to both sharepoint and AskHR and utilise insight to update sharepoint content and drive continuous improvement activities.
- Solution mindset, problem solving and consideration towards the customer experience of interacting with HR
- Ensures the documentation of all key processes
**Essential requirements**:
- CIPD Level 5 qualified ideally
- Strong generalist HR experience, preferably gained within a commercial and fast-paced environment
- Ability to build effective relationships with all levels of management.
- Experience of working in complex matrix structures and organisations and influencing of internal suppliers to enable a positive change within the business.
- Previously been a HR Advisor
- Strong ER experience
- Full UK licence
