**Solutions Consultant - Presales**

Our client are a leading SaaS company, known as industry leaders who created the sector they operate in. The software services and solutions division turns over more than £50m and has 400 members of staff globally. The company as a whole are a £20B businessinvesting heavily in this division within the UK market.

Their solutions are invaluable delivering massive ROI, cost savings, productivity improvements within the supply chain helping clients drive significant operational improvements. This data software product gives companies over-sight of their business allowingto make efficiency improvements through the use of data delivering a 3x-5x ROI in the first year alone.

In this role they are looking for an enthusiastic, confident and dynamic person to join their existing teams of Solutions Consultants. This is customer-facing role where you will be in charge of managing pilots with customers, conducting proof of concepttrials and demonstrating the solution working alongside the sales team. You will provide technical support to the sales team and work with the customers to propose solutions to fit their needs and requirements.

With a Silicon Valley-like focus on building high-growth, scalable technology business they hire talent that fits in with their culture. For this position you will need to be experienced in pre sales / customer experience / technical account management withina SaaS company.

**Key Responsibilities: Solutions Consultant - Presales**
- Manage the conversion of pilots in new and existing customer sales from initial opportunity through to results
- Provide support for the sales team
- Deliver high quality demonstrations of their complex software offerings
- Provide ROI analysis to the customers
- Provide customers with business cases and solutions that fit their needs
- Understand the commercial and operational needs of the customers
- Support the sales teams with tenders / RFP’s
- Be seen as a product expert

**Experience Required: Solutions Consultant - Presales**
- 3+ years experience working within a pre sales / customer excellence / customer experience position within a SaaS company
- Proven experience in demonstrating software solutions to potential and current clients
- Ability to deliver proof-of-concept and demonstrate ROI to customers based on their needs
- Strong customer centric approach
- Proficient use of Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets
- Excellent communication skills
- Polished and professional approach to customers
- Proven time management skills
- Desire to learn
