As a Driving Recruitment Consultant, you will be keen to build relationships with candidates and clients alike. Shifts: Monday - Friday: 8am - 5pm Rates of Pay: £27,000 - £29,000 per annum and bonus (OTE £30,000-£33,000) Benefits Your benefits as a Driving Recruitment Consultant are: Simply Health Cash Plan * Permanent position Life assurance * Free site parking Birthday meal Family fun days Monthly social hour Birthday day off Annual award ceremonies 28 Days Holiday * After completing probation period Day to Day Duties: Your duties as a Driving Recruitment Consultant: You must be able to pro-actively search, attract and short-list candidates using all necessary tools available, including online job boards Write, place and update job adverts, monitor and process applications, and responses efficiently Initiate and manage candidate relationships, understanding their requirements and needs Determine suitability and qualify candidates by adopting an efficient and effective screening process Pro-actively identify, chase and progress new business opportunities and build relationships with clients Work towards set targets, deadlines, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Maintenance of various databases, including adding new candidates and CV entry Other general and administration duties as required Essential Skills: The skills required as a Driving Recruitment Consultant: Ability to lead by example and self-motivate Passion and desire to succeed Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Driving Licence and own vehicle Previous Recruitment Experience.
