Front of House Supervisor

The Stag at Redhill is looking for additional Front of House Staff to join our team in this beautifully restored Country Pub located near the town of Stratford Upon Avon area.

We're looking for an experienced Front of House Supervisor to join this exciting new Hospitality venture at the ground floor.

Based near Stratford upon Avon, The Piston Club at The Stag is an extremely popular 16th Century historic Coaching House which has being totally renovated by our client with the goal of making it an exciting and destination venue that celebrates both our regional and national Automotive Heritage.

Currently with 9 rooms with a view to increase that to 15 and

Inside seating for 80 - 100 covers and an outside/patio seating area with 150 + covers.

Our Client will also be opening an outside kitchen and is converting old Ferrari F1 Car transporter into an outside Wood fired Pizza Kitchen, and working with our team of front of House staff and great chefs you could learn and help take your career on to great things

**Requirements**:

- Good attitude to represent this new exciting brand
- Drive and enthusiasm to succeed
- The ability to excel well working in a Restaurant and outside dining environment
- Some Function and banqueting experience would be good but not essential
- Maintaining high levels of service and helping assist the team across restaurant, bar, outside areas and rooms
- You will work closely with the GM and Assistant Manager and learn all aspects for the departmental operation.

- Needs to be polished, enthusiastic and able to work to high standards
- You will come from a Hotel, Bar or Restaurant back ground
- Work in a professional yet friendly manner
- Be a team player and assist where required

Our client is looking for additional Front of House Supervisor to work with our Management and be part of the back bone of the Front of House operation.

You will be responsible in aiding the smooth running of this department by maintaining new company procedures and standards.

**Salary**: £26,000 per Annum

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Stratford upon Avon Area - reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Hospitality: ideally 1 - 2 years front of house experience in the same venue

They will be responsible for maintaining a high standard of work as well as assisting in the smooth running of the Service.

They will be a positive and pro active worker leading by example.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in operations
- Minimise wastage and aid in efficiencies
- Ensure that quality of work or service is maintained
- Work with a positive mindset and assist customers where needed

**Qualifications**:

- Demonstrated ability to follow set standards
- Ability to work with all levels of staff

- Level Headed and a clear appreciation and understanding of other departments
