A leading international full-service law firm is currently looking to recruit an experienced Business Development/Marketing Systems Analyst who is interested in data and the more technical aspects of marketing systems to join the firm’s Liverpool CityCentre office.Some experience working with/maintaining CRM systems would be an advantage with an understanding of the role of Business Development, Marketing & Communications within a law firm or professional services firm.

Working under the direction of the OnePlace Manager, your role will be to support the scoping, development, testing and implementation of ongoing customisations to the OnePlace platform as well as the administration and prioritisation of customisation requests.You will also work with the OnePlace Manager to develop a roadmap for future improvements and enhancements.
You will also work with other members of the BDMC team on several other key marketing systems, such as the firm’s eMarketing, event/webinar and Alumni platforms. Your role will be to ensure that these systems are configured to ensure that they are used to theirfullest potential and data flows seamlessly through the environment - enabling them to focus their efforts on areas and activities that provide the most return.
**Duties include**:

- Update and support improvements and reports to OnePlace
- Manage support tickets with the vendor to resolution
- Provide hands-on technical support for end users
- Collaborate with the Business Systems team, Finance systems team and Intapp engineers to test new integrations or updates to existing integrations to ensure they meet user requirements
- Troubleshoot OnePlace technical issues
- Work closely with the Data Steward team and the OnePlace manager to support client data-related improvements to OnePlace
- Assist the wider BDMC team with some of the more technical and client data-related tasks (data segmentation, list building etc)
