The time for our sector is now, and we are therefore looking for a Customer Service/ Field Support Runner to join our team.
The role involves working within Customer Service as an Advisor in( the office) and when needed supporting clients nationally across the UK - (on Field ) with a range of technical issues. This can be as simple as replacing a piece of broken hardware, but will include a wide variety of software and hardware related tasks. The top five duties include:
- Dealing with client escalations in a contact centre
- Visiting clients and travelling across the UK as required by the Company
- Diagnosing the root cause of technical issues on site, with the help of remote support where required
- Fixing technical issues quickly to enable clients to return to normal trade
- Reporting themes and trends to the Company to enable continuous improvement
- Training clients in the use of their hardware and software while on site helping them to leverage the benefits of the Foodhub platform
- Our clients are generally busy takeaway or restaurant owners. Some own multiple branches in the same town or across the country. We have a remote telephone-based service to support them, and we also have a team of Account Managers in the field. This role is to enable the Company to act promptly and resolve technical issues as quickly as possible.
**Requirements**:
The role is a dual role, you will be based out of our Contact Center as a day to day role but as and when needed you will be joining the Field Support team. The field support role requires covering a territory away from home. A per diem will be able when you are out of your home town. More details about this will be provided during the next stages of interview.
