Urgently looking for a **Senior Healthcare Assistant** for Full time-Days/Nights in Woodbridge IP12 area.

**Salary**:£12 per hour
**Schedule**:Days/Nights
**Hours**:36 hours a week

**Responsibilities as a **Senior Healthcare Assistant**:
Working with the Home Manager to ensure that systems and standards are maintained at a high-quality level. Providing support, motivation, and supervision of Support Workers providing care. Develop Care and Support Plans.
You will:

- Recognize and facilitate the daily needs of residents.
- Conduct formal supervisions and appraisals.
- Contributing to care planning and coaching support workers.
- Take an active professional role in promoting the services offered when dealing with relatives, prospective residents and enquiries.
- Participate in updating and writing care plans and resident documentation.
- Be responsible for making and reporting realistic assessments of each resident to ensure continuity of care.
- Be responsible for administrating medication to the residents in accordance with policies and procedures.

**Requirements as a **Senior Healthcare Assistant**:

- Proven experience of working in a care setting
- A good team player
- NVQ level 3 in Health & Social Care or willing to work towards,
