An excellent new job opportunity has arisen for a motivated Senior Support Worker to work in an exceptional residential care home based in the Woodbridge, Suffolk area.You will be working for one of UK's leading health care providersThis special residential care home provides high quality residential care, dementia care and respite care**To be considered for this position you must have an NVQ/QCF Level 3 in Health & Social Care**As a Senior Support Worker your key duties include:Recognise and facilitate the daily needs of residentsConduct formal supervisions and appraisalsContributing to care planning and coaching support workersTake an active professional role in promoting the services offered when dealing with relatives, prospective residents and enquiriesParticipate in updating and writing care plans and resident documentationBe responsible for making and reporting realistic assessments of each resident to ensure continuity of careBe responsible for administrating medication to the residents in accordance with policies and proceduresThe following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:Proven experience of working in a care settingA good team playerGood verbal and written communication skillsHave a genuine desire to care for othersThe successful Senior Support Worker will receive an excellent salary of £13.00 per hour and the annual salary is £24,336 per annum.This exciting position is a permanent full time role for 36 hours a week working on nights.In return for your hard work and commitment you will receive the following generous benefits:Competitive rates of payComprehensive induction and paid training programme with career prospectsExcellent working environmentUniform providedAssistance with Enhanced DBSReference ID: 4984To apply for this fantastic job role, please call on 0121 638 0567 or send your CV #J-18808-Ljbffr
