This well known charity are looking for a Studio Workflow and Production Manager to join their in-house Brand and Design team. This role sits within the wider Content Marketing Team and this role will oversee the scheduling, production and delivery of all projectwork produced.
The working structure for this role is flexible, with monthly and occasional project based meet-ups in their Swindon office and the rest of the time hybrid. Contracted at 36hrs per week, this role allows for flexible working.
**What you'll be doing**
As the Studio Workflow and Production Manager you will be overseeing multiple projects within a fast-paced and dynamic creative workflow, ensuring work is delivered on time, to the required level of quality and, when appropriate, within budget.
Day to day you will be supporting their in-house Client Services Team and liaising with the Studio Team and external contacts to ensure efficient running of the studio. You will be using project management software to track time lines, budgets and prioritisationas well as managing freelance requirements and booking and providing updates on these metrics when required. You will be the contract manager for their Print Framework - providing an excellent print consultancy service to the wider business, sourcing mosteffective print solutions for client and internal briefs, identifying innovative and new solutions which reflect and enhance consumers perception of the brand.
You will be responsible for the line management and development of the Production Assistant, Media Asset Manager and Video Manager.
**What experience you'll need**:
- Relevant experience in workflow, production and project management, preferably gained in a creative agency or in a medium-large sized in-house studio.
- You will have a good knowledge of workflow management software.
- You have a good understanding of Brand management and Brand guidelines.
- You are highly organised and motivated with the ability to prioritise, meet deadlines and keep calm under pressure.
- Ability to forge and maintain positive relationships with internal and external clients and suppliers
- Working knowledge of Apple Mac OS and hardware and understanding of Adobe Creative Cloud software is an advantage.
- Proven experience and understanding of the latest print processes (litho and digital), colour management, press passing and print buying is also advantageous.
This role requires occasional travel to sites that are often in remote locations and so a full driving licence is advantageous but not necessary.
