**Role Overview**

We are seeking a motivated **Junior Event Sales Assistant** to support our event sales team. This entry-level role is ideal for someone passionate about events and sales, eager to gain experience in the marketing industry. You will assist in driving event sales by supporting client communications, coordinating sales activities, and helping ensure the smooth execution of event-related projects.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist the event sales team in managing client enquiries and maintaining relationships
- Support the preparation and delivery of sales presentations and proposals
- Help coordinate event logistics in collaboration with the events team
- Maintain accurate sales records and update CRM systems with client information
- Conduct follow-ups with potential clients to nurture leads and confirm bookings
- Assist with market research and competitor analysis to support sales strategies
- Provide administrative support including scheduling meetings and preparing sales reports
- Contribute to the development and execution of sales campaigns related to events
- Attend events as needed to provide on-site sales support and customer service

**Requirements**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Enthusiastic, proactive, and willing to learn
- Interest in sales, marketing, and event management
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or events is advantageous but not essential
- Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings or weekends for events
