The Junior Sales & Marketing Assistant supports the sales and marketing departments by helping with lead generation, campaign execution & customer communications. This entry-level role is ideal for recent graduates or individuals early in their marketing careers.

Role Duties – Junior Sales & Marketing Assistant

  • Assist in Campaign Execution: Support the setup and delivery of promotional events, pop-ups, and activations.
  • Event Sales Engagement: Represent client brands at promotional events, actively engaging with attendees to drive product awareness and on-site sales.
  • Customer Interaction: Engage with the public at events to promote client products/services, answer questions, and deliver key brand messages.
  • Sales Reporting: Track daily/weekly KPIs, sales performance, and campaign outcomes, compiling data for internal use and client reporting.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build rapport with potential and existing customers, ensuring a positive brand experience and encouraging repeat engagement.
