SQL Server DBA / SQL Database Administrator - SQL Server, T-SQL, SSAS, SSRS, Azure PAAS. Permanent, Birmingham, £60k - £65k +Benefits
You will be responsible for managing SQL Server in production, upgrading and deploying new SQL Server environments, managing a mix of SQL servers on-prem and in the Azure cloud and managing all native SQL high-availability and disaster recovery options includingAlways-On, Mirroring, Replication, Log Shipping and Clustering etc.
Additionally you will hold a degree of responsibility for administering SQL Server SQL Analysis Services(SSAS), Integration Services (SSAS) and Reporting Services (SSRS) and run queries using T-SQL to troubleshoot scripting issues.
We are searching for a SQL Server DBA who possesses experience managing a significant SQL Server estate in production. You will be comfortable building and migrating SQL Servers, managing SQL servers within high-availability environments inc Clustering, scriptingusing T-SQL and managing both SSAS and SSRS configurations. You will also have some exposure to Azure Data Services and may have some experience migrating SQL Servers into the cloud. You will be well organised and able to undertake both project work and BAUsupport.
