**Responsibilities**

Service:

- Communicating with our customers to understand their needs.
- Parts identification, ordering and invoicing.
- Processing of Job Reports.
- Producing Quotations for new/recommended service activity.

Sales:

- Handling initial Customer Enquiries.
- Creating new Sales Quotes.
- Following up on Active Sales Quotations.
- Conversion of Quotes to Sales Orders. ⁠
- Order fulfilment.

**Training & Work Arrangements**

You will work with our chosen education partner to obtain a Level 3 Qualification in Business Administration. This will include workshop sessions which may be held either remotely or at one of their campus locations.

You will spend the majority of your time working at our Boldon location, where you will be given training on our Operating Processes, CRM system and HSE standards. Alongside this, there will be opportunities to learn more about our products and services by attending in-house training seminars (either remotely or at other UK locations) and by shadowing members of our Sales and Service teams as they carry out their work on our customer sites throughout the North-East
