We are currently seeking an experienced Sales Administrator to join a well-established, growing, family-run business based in Boldon Colliery. Your role will be to provide a high-quality Customer Service experience for customers from order through to delivery and ensure our client continues to be the supplier of choice.

**Salary**: £30,000 - £32,000 (DOE)

**Benefits**: 23 days holiday + statutory, NEST Pension, Free office snacks
**Hours of work**: Monday to Friday 8.00am - 4.30pm (Office based)

Role responsibilities
- Answer all incoming calls as first point of call in a professional and timely manner, transfer to relevant personnel
- Take detailed and accurate messages of any inbound calls or queries
- Process orders over the phone for customers - including taking payments
- Provide requested information to customers. (product info, warranty, suitability for their condition etc)
- Generate and provide quotes, with relevant follow up
- Book in white glove services and update the customer throughout the process.
- Organise customer returns
- Liaise with internal teams to resolve any issues with products (e.g. faulty products or products not installed correctly).
- Set up all enquiries coming through from website on NetSuite
- Work with department managers to develop and streamline customer service processes and procedures
- Manage product database and liaise with Servicing department accordingly

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience within sales administration and customer service
- Excellent telephone manner, with the ability to deal with varied customer enquiries
- High level of patience and empathy
- Hands on experience with CRM/sale order processing software and MS Office (MS Excel/Netsuite in particular)
- Understanding of sales performance metrics
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- A team player with high level of dedication
- Ability to work under strict deadlines
