What do you need to succeed?:
**Experience**

No previous experience is required as we have a comprehensive training programme, but a background in dealing with customers/ customer service is desirable or knowledge of the education sector. Presenting skills are also desirable.

**Qualifications**

Grade C (or equivalent) or above in Maths and English

What will you do?:
You will be responsible for providing a premier customer experience for our existing client base. This includes providing excellent support throughout all client interactions and ensuring that every client communication is used as an opportunity to ensure they are fully utilising and maximising the CPOMS solution. You will work closely with their sales counterpart, Technical Support, and the Professional Services team to ensure that their clients are supported and informed during each phase of the client’s journey.
- Providing professional and engaging training sessions via online meetings.
- Proactively contact customers and building strong relationships.
- Proactively engaging with customers following surveys.
- Assist with delivering engaging webinars.
- Conduct consultancy calls to help upskill customers.
- Occasionally delivering on site training
- Delivering outstanding customer service to all clients.
- Contributing fairly to all departmental goals.
