**Responsibilities**
- Providing professional and engaging training sessions via online meetings.
- Proactively contact customers and building strong relationships.
- Proactively engaging with customers following surveys.
- Assist with delivering engaging webinars
- Conduct consultancy calls to help upskill customers.
- Personally delivering an outstanding customer service to all clients.
- Contributing fairly to all departmental goals.

**Experience**

No previous experience is required as we have a comprehensive training programme, but a background in dealing with customers/ customer service is desirable or knowledge of the education sector. Presenting skills are also desirable.

**Personal Attributes**

Good communication skills, helpful and friendly approach, organised, self-motivated and works well in a team. A keen eye for detail and ability to prioritise tasks. Able to present to others in a confident manner. Passion for teaching customers.

**Qualifications**

Grade C (or equivalent) or above in Maths and English
