**The Role**:
A key operational role within a rapidly expanding luxury beauty brand, the Rework Supply Planning Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the Rework Senior Supply Planning Manager and Rework Planners to ensure the efficient and timely supply of Gift sets, Travel Retail Sets and Reworked products to meet customer and business needs.

At Charlotte Tilbury we are looking for someone with supply planning experience, who is an excellent communicator and relationship-builder, someone who can identify and implement continuous improvement. This exciting role is ideal for an individual that is willing to get stuck into the detail of the supply plan whilst still managing to focus on the big picture for the category.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide support to the Rework Planners to help deliver the global gift and travel retail sets supply plan. To support the planners to ensure stock is procured and allocated across the regions to meet business OTIF availability and sales targets.
- Provide communication of rework supply risks to the business in an informative and effective manner, escalating issues to Senior Leaders promptly and concisely.
- Supporting the Rework Planners on the Monthly review of the demand plan, reviewing any changes in demand and the impact to supply requirements.
- Collaboration with NPD, operations, commercial, and marketing functions to ensure all department requirements are reflected in the supply plan.
- Development of strong relationships with suppliers & copackers to ensure that deliveries are on time, critical product shortages resolved swiftly, and lead-times minimised.
- Management of inbound and outbound transportation with the third-party logistics providers and copackers.
- Responsible for raising Rework Purchase Orders, Stock Transfer Orders, and Work Orders.
- Supporting the Rework planners to reconcile invoices for copackers and resolving queries from accounts payable.
- Weekly reconciliation of transfers between copackers and invoice through maintaining a weekly co-pack tracker.
- Coordinate and review the monthly stock reconciliations with copackers.
- Maintaining the NPD tracker for Supply Chain.
- Weekly review of housekeeping requirements for master data, consulting with the master data team to ensure that the relevant sales lifecycle status is maintained.
