- We are currently looking for an experienced Supply Chain Coordinator to assist the Supply Operator to coordinate all the operational aspects for supply of all products into/from locations relevant to TotalEnergies Marketing UK’s Aviation and Special Fluids business units.**The responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to**:

- Plan and coordinate monthly product requirements with suppliers into storage around the country at terminals and airports.
- Prepare and or assist with the Special Fluids, General Aviation and Air Total International supply schedules and communicate with suppliers.
- Coordinate imports by vessels and assisting where needed with pipeline, rail and truck movements operated by our suppliers.
- Monitor and stock levels and coordinate replenishment at storage locations to ensure continuity of supplies.
- Daily co-ordination with all relevant external parties (including suppliers, terminal operators, hauliers, inspection companies & other third parties) - solving challenges such as delays, cancellations, peak demands, supply chain disruptions, priority/new customer orders.
- Experience within an operational logistics role is essential.
- Ability to work to strict deadlines and to deal quickly and innovatively with problems in the supply chain.
- SAP Purchasing and stock movement transaction knowledge is preferred.
- The operation runs 24/7, so a certain amount of flexibility is required (including taking calls out-of-hours) and the need to travel within the UK from time to time
