At YSA Education, we support Pupil Referral Units (PRUs) and Alternative Provisions in and around the Staffordshire area. These schools support students between the age ranges of 3 - 11 years old, develop their education skills, life skills as well as ensuring each student reaches their full potential with the right tailored support. You will be supporting students with Social Emotional Mental Health, Emotional Behavioural Difficulties and Challenging Behaviour.

As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you would be required to work alongside the class teacher and be able to support where needed. This means you would be required to have the below skills:

- Team player
- Good communication skills
- Proactive
- Passionate
- Innovative
- Experience supporting SEN needs inside or outside the classroom
- Mapa training and experience

At YSA, you have freedom and flexibility of your work life balance. We support schools with Adhoc requirements as well as both Short Term and Long Term placements. Successful applicants could also be offered the ability to go Temp to Perm with the school.
