We are seeking a dedicated andpassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team in a SEMH Secondary school local to Stone/Stafford. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a supportive and dynamic environment, providing essential support to pupils with a range of needs. The location is ideal for drivers, offering easy access and convenience.Key Responsibilities:Provide one-on-one and small group support to pupils with special educational needs.Assist in the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and support the learning and development of pupils.Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.Collaborate with teachers and other staff to ensure the best oues for pupils.Support pupils with personal care needs, if required.Requirements:Experience working with children with special educational needs.Ideally will hold a full UK Driving LicenceA patient, empathetic, and resilient approach.Strongmunication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work effectively as part of a team.Relevant qualifications or training in special educational needs (desirable but not essential).If you aremitted to helping children achieve their full potential and are looking for a rewarding role, we would love to hear from you.
