**Due to continued growth this established and successful company is looking to recruit a Lettings Administrator in a busy and varied support role.**
Working in an office environment your position will involve ensuring properties managed are kept fully compliant with regulations and liaising with landlords, tenants and contractors.
Key duties:
- Management of compliance for properties across Edinburgh - ensuring safety certificates for gas, electric, legionella and EPC’s are kept full up to date.
- Keeping accurate records and instructing relevant contractors to carry out works
- Liaising with connected landlords and tenants - providing good customer service
- Management of property HMO licences, liaising with relevant parties including councils
- Following up on repairs and setting up meetings for Property Inspectors
Permanent full time position based in the centre of Edinburgh with working hours 9am-5.30pm Monday to Friday. **Starting salary £21-22k with benefits package.**
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Graduate
**Salary**: £21,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
