Do you have experience as a Business Analyst or Project Manager in the financial services sector? Have you worked in small, customer focused consultancy business?

Our client, a consultancy focused on delivering customised digital solutions to the financial services domain is seeking a Business Analyst or Project Manager.

The company is based in Kingston-upon-Thames and the role whilst full-time and permanent, allows for remote working with visits to the office anticipated to be twice per month.

**Skills and experience required**:

- Excellent customer communication, client relationship and problem resolution skills and be commercially astute.
- Experience of managing small teams through the full project lifecycle. This will include internal development, testing and analysis teams as well as customer/partner teams.
- A minimum of 3 years business analysis and project management experience, including some gained in a relevant industry sector within the Retail Banking/Retail Financial Services sector.
- Experience of managing change control.
- The ability to manage a project budget and resource.
- Understanding of business and systems analysis and design methodologies.
- Experience of requirements gathering.
- The ability to produce high quality specifications and designs.
- Experience of software/product testing; an understanding of the quality assurance and improvement process.
- Good knowledge of Agile models including Scrum and Kanban.
- Understanding of the specific activities needed to deliver a solid set of user stories, scenarios, work flows and wire frames necessary for the developers to understand the goal of each story.
- Experience working directly with business users at senior levels within an organisation.
- Ability to understand and digest client's business requirements.
