Salary - £70,000 - 85,000 + car allowance + bonus

Job Title - Senior Modern Workplace Architect

Location - Remote, with travel to client sites when required

My client is looking for a Senior Modern Workplace Architect, who enjoys working closely with clients and supporting sales opportunities, responding to technical RFPs, and finding the right technology to ensure the right business outcomes for clients. Alongsidethis customer engaging part of the role, you will also be the leader / escalation point for a team of solution architects and lead on complex multi-technology engagements across a variety of technologies including; M365, public cloud (Azure), private cloudand Security solutions all wrapped up with value added managed services wrap. Ideally you will work or have worked for a multi-customer sales focused IT reseller, MSP or IT services business where you thrive on designing multiple complex solutions for clientsand teamwork across your team, sales and the wider business is key

Your time will be split between solution design and being the lead Architect for customers, the rest developing, coaching and inspiring the team including recruitment for future organic growth.

The role will involve travelling to see customers and encourage and collaborate with your team offering an attractive salary and bonus based on mutually agreed targets, fully expensed from your doorstep and excellent partnerships with key vendors and 3rdparties already ready for you to take full advantage of.

Must haves:

- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft 365 technologies and at least one other vendor/product within the workspace portfolio. Use experience and skills to aid in their adoption, with a proven ability to use this to own and win complex opportunities withmid-market customers, enterprise, and public sector customers
- A key focus on user experience enhancement
- Previous experience in a channel presales role or similar including leveraging partner resources, incentives, and teams during presales engagements
- Very strong real-world knowledge of Microsoft and at least one other workspace vendor/product services and an understanding of how to position further enablement towards digital workspace transformation
- Ability to lead customers through a transformational journey that delivers tangible benefit quickly whilst maximising the scope and potential of an engagement
- Commercial acumen with an awareness of the financial implications of design decisions across Capex and Opex budgets and how they affect TCO and ROI
- Experience selling both professional and managed services
