**Role Overview**
You will be supporting all aspects of Operations, Production and Sales Administration so must be confident, adaptable, and consistent. You will have experience in a varied administration role, completing end to end processes, good knowledge of Microsoft office platforms and software and have an eagerness to assist others. This is a fast-paced Operations Administrator role which is why previous experience is essential. The company offers great opportunities for hard workers that are keen to build their career long term and progress within the company.
**Duties include**:
- Production planning
- End to End processes
- Stock control and distribution
- Liaising with all departments
- Receiving and processing orders
- Performing other duties as assigned
- Ensure that any tasks allocated are completed within the agreed/defined timescales
- Process all goods and orders as efficiently as possible
- Contribute to the accuracy of system stocks and records and the on-going reduction of stock losses
- Observe the rules relating to health and safety in the workplace and identify any areas for improvement
- Maintain a high level of customer service and reduction in the number of complaints
- Direct reporting of key issues to appropriate line managers
- Direct contact with members of the wider team and liaison with both office and warehouse roles
- Resolving stock queries and other operational issues with relevant line manager
**Skills and experience required**:
- Great customer service and relationship management skills
- Previous experience in a Manufacturing environement highly desirable
- Proficient in Microsoft office packages including Excel
- Experience using Navision highly desirable
- Ability to plan and prioritise
- Be able to work consistently during times of peak demand
- Have a strong work ethic and can-do attitude
