Allforproperty Ltd are currently seeking **Multi-Trade Operatives** to join our expanding team. This is a great opportunity for skilled, motivated tradespeople to become part of a growing and respected construction company.

We specialise in **property refurbishment and repair works**, kitchen and bathroom installations, and general repairs and maintenance. We’re looking for individuals who can deliver high standards across a range of trades, with a particular focus on **plastering, painting, joinery, carpentry and plumbing**.
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Able to work independently or as part of a team alongside other skilled trades
- Quality-focused with a strong work ethic
- Joinery, plastering and basic plumbing skills
- Eager to progress within a growing company

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Carry out high-quality kitchen and bathroom installations
- Perform works within **void properties**, including full refurbishments and repairs
- Complete plastering, patching, painting, and general making-good tasks
- Assist with plumbing, basic electrical work, and other trades as needed
- Maintain high standards of workmanship and customer service on all projects

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Experience in kitchen and bathroom fitting
- Painting and plastering skills
- Experience in property refurbishments and finishing works
- Full UK driving licence
- CSCS card (essential)
- Strong communication and organisational skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £35,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Joinery: 5 years (required)
- Carpentry: 5 years (required)
- Plastering: 3 years (required)
- Plumbing: 3 years (required)
- Contruction painting: 3 years (required)
