**Role Profile: Business Development Manager - Recruitment Solution Sales** **Located: Remote with travel to client sites** **Salary: Basic to £70,000 + Uncapped bonus plan and earnings** My client is a leader in designing and delivering RPO solutions to their end clients and due to business growth, they have created an opening for a Senior Business Developer to join their Solutions Team and support new and existing clients. **Dimensions of the Role**: **Sales -**To develop & deliver the execution of a robust sales & marketing plan for permanent RPO & contingent MSP solutions in several defined industry verticals. **Relationship Development/Management -** ensure all client contacts are maintained on a regular contact/call cycle & work to strengthen relationships & build trust over time. **Support Solution Design & Implementation -**Work closely with the solution design team to ensure the client’s expectations are translated & subsequently met through team engagement, introductions & any RFx processes undertaken. **Internal Stakeholder Management** - create collaborative & enduring internal relationships with key internal stakeholders across the business both in the EMEA region and wider global community, planning regular catch-ups & knowledge sharingwith colleagues. **Key Role Responsibilities: -** Work with the Head of Recruitment Solutions to develop a robust sales & marketing plan which clearly identifies target companies & contacts within agreed verticals and utilizes a range of sales & marketing strategies to grow the business including: - Attend relevant networking events. - Writing thought leadership pieces. - Participating in Internal & external education events. - Attend client visits & events. - Support proposal & tender writing process. - Support solutions to develop effective contractual & commercial solutions. - Facilitating references/site visits. - Present sales plan to in-house Solutions leadership team to educate & gain buy-in/support. - Execute activities according to the plan. - Record all sales activities within the CRM. - Identify relevant contacts within target clients. - Undertake relationship-building activities. - Maintain regular call/contact cycle. - Build & maintain relationships with technology partners. - Confirm solution scope with the client. - Effectively handover client requirements to the solution design team. - Facilitate client introductions to the solutions design team where & when appropriate. - Support solution design workshops as client "expert." - Attend project planning workshops with clients and internal staff. - Support the development of a project plan with the Implementation & Solutions team. - Maintain overarching client relationships to ensure client expectations are met & exceeded. - Proactively seek feedback post review from external & internal stakeholders. - Continue regular client contact to build on new scope opportunities. **Network and build relationships with internal stakeholders including**: - Bid Management & Research teams. - In-house Operations and Recruitment Account Managers. - Wider Sales & Solutions team members globally. - Attend quarterly Management Meetings with Onsite Managers & Talent Solutions Leadership team. - Participate & contribute to meetings/presentations to raise profile of Outsourced solutions in the business.
