We are looking for teaching and learning support assistants to work within an excellent school located in South London to start ASAP.

**The Role**

You will work closely with the SENCO and other experienced professionals providing support and guidance to children in the classroom.
- By enhancing the provision for students by taking responsibility for specific long-term projects or short-term learning activities
- support teachers in monitoring pupils and assessing, recording, and reporting on pupil achievement, progress, and development

To be considered for this role, you must be able to demonstrate the following:

- Experience and knowledge of working with SEND pupils with learning differences (Desirable)
- The ability to support your key students in multiple settings: 1 on 1, within groups and inside the classroom environment
- To be friendly and professional in your approach to your work
- You must have excellent time management and organizational skills
- You must always carry yourself in a friendly and professional manner
- To use your initiative and to be a leading example for pupils
