Nicholas Howard is delighted to be recruiting for the new permanent role of Team PA for our client who is a leading law firm in the city centre of Chichester. The role is full time and available on a hybrid basis, requiring the job holder to be in the office2-3 days a week.

Working across various teams, you’ll be a key member of the team acting as a key point of contact for clients and third parties involved in legal matters. You’ll work closely with fee-earners to support them with any administrative, secretarial and non-billabletasks as well as working hard to provide exceptional client service.

**Job role**
- Communicating with clients and third parties on behalf of partners and other fee-earners in the Private Client teams
- Undertaking some legal tasks such as court forms
- Supporting in the preparation of court bundles
- Managing fee-earner diaries, booking travel arrangements, preparing agendas and minute taking
- Coordinating the billing process to be as efficient and effective as possible
- Opening and closing files, and dealing with all matter maintenance

**Requirements**:

- A good understanding and knowledge of relevant case management systems
- Brilliant client care skills and good verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
