**Your Role**
Working across our national Private Client Services team, you’ll be a key member of the team acting as a key point of contact for clients and third parties involved in legal matters. You’ll work closely with our fee-earners to support them with any administrative, secretarial and non-billable tasks as well as working hard to provide exceptional client service.
This is a hybrid role - based out of the Chichester office at least once per week
**What You'll Be Doing**
- Communicating with our clients and third parties on behalf of partners and other fee-earners in the Private Client team
- Dealing with incoming/outgoing post
- Assisting with completion of court forms
- Supporting in the preparation of court bundles
- Managing fee-earner diaries, booking travel arrangements, arranging conference calls, booking meetings, preparing agendas
- Coordinating the billing process to be as efficient and effective as possible
- Opening and closing files, and dealing with all matter maintenance
- Working collaboratively with other Team PAs to provide a seamless and efficient top quality service
- Any other ad hoc duties required
**What We're Looking For**
- A good understanding and knowledge of relevant case management systems
- Brilliant client care skills and good verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
