Small Works Administrator

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a proactive and dedicated Small Works Administrator to join our team at our Blackpool Head Office.
**Duties**:
Managing incoming small works requests through our customers' maintenance portal
Creation of job sheets using simPRO
Updating work planner
Collating customer confirmation of works sheets
Providing administration support to Director and Contracts Managers
Updating and producing reports on call out number weekly and upon request
Issuing CDM files to customers
General office administration
**Experience**:
Knowledge of Microsoft Office - including word and excel
Computer literate
Good communication both written and verbal
Ability to organise, prioritise and manage own time effectively

**Salary**: £9,620.00-£21,700.00 per year

- Blackpool, FY4 2RP: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
**Education**:
- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
