R44 Performance is a leading automotive product retailer providing a one-stop shop for styling, performance and accessories. We strive for the best customer service and product availability, with in-house brands specialising in carbon fibre; every day is different. Motorsports is our way of life, so you will often find our team visiting track days and running company events.

Scope of role

**Responsibilities**:

- Resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Escalate complex customer issues to the appropriate team as needed.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of R44's products and services to provide accurate information to customers.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and procedures.
- Meet or exceed customer service performance metrics and goals.

**Requirements**:

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent customer service skills, with a positive and empathetic approach.
- Ability to handle customer inquiries and issues in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to think critically and problem-solve effectively.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous experience in a customer service role is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
