**Regional Equipment Manager - Field Based**

**Central London - Inner M25**

**Role Overview**

The Regional Equipment Manager will be responsible for the implementation and delivery of the Workshop Solutions business strategy within a defined geographical area, whilst also creating strong leads and sales opportunities. The role will include identifyingnew business and customer prospects, as well as being responsible for delivering on KPIs as set out within performance contracts and in agreement with management.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Work to deliver a balanced performance across key business metrics and KPI measures in line with business goals and objectives.
- To ensure each branch is fully aligned and driving garage equipment sales and margin performance through strong connectivity, training, support, data analysis and supporting all marketing activity effectively in line with the business needs
- Acting as the focal point for workshop solutions communications, ensuring service is never compromises
- Deliver high standards across the six company pillars on the road to success, to drive an expectational balanced scorecard performance
