**Key duties of the Payroll Co-ordinator will include**:

- Accurately collate and validate all payroll related data- Processing all new starters, leavers and contractual changes- Preparation of payroll transfer journal and recharges- Dealing with, and resolving payroll related queries- Monitoring/controlling nominal ledger code changes within payroll- Reconciliation of pension and payroll control accounts in the nominal ledger- Implementation of Wage Awards for all Companies- P11d’s and Class 1A National Insurance returns- Assisting with internal and external audits- Administration in relation to Pension Schemes- Conducting ongoing reviews of processes and actions- Provision of a range of reports**The successful Payroll Co-ordinator will require the following skills and experience**:

- UK payroll exposure is essential- Solid understanding of pension schemes and auto enrolment- Ability to resolve complex payroll and pension queries and explain them in a simple and clear mannerYou are required to be eligible to work in the UK full time without restriction.
