**Overview**:
- The role is to suit a Strategic/Transformational Planning Manager where you will have responsibility to identify improvements and initiatives for the client moving forward.
- You will be required to work with large data sets looking at improvements that will consist of significant cost down opportunities along with identifying new ways of working based on past experience.
- It is essential that you have a proven background in a similar environment, along with intermediate/advanced Excel and confident with all Microsoft packages.
**Responsibilities**:
- Drive continuous improvement and cost saving initiatives ensuring alignment of BAU business processes
- Leading the operational team to ensure execution of business processes in support of BAU operational activity
- To provide an escalation contact for the planning team
- Ensure that all aspects of the business operate within defined corporate and legislative requirements
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with the customer and carriers to ensure all operational KPI targets are met
- Responsible for project timeline management ensuring all plans are launched on time
- Conflict management of priorities between both internal and external stakeholders
- People management of up to 10 direct / indirect reports to include: absence management, holiday management, disciplinaries, 1-2-1's, career development.
