ARC Club are looking for enthusiastic, passionate Bar Supervisor for various shifts seven days a week for a brand new location in Harrow (HA37RR).

Bar Supervisor responsibilities include managing stock and suppliers, serving guests, placing stock orders, and ensuring product quality.

The role will give you the opportunity to learn and develop amongst our friendly and hardworking cafe/bar staff, with the potential to progress within the company.

**Responsibilities**

The Bar Supervisor will have a wide range of duties from preparing and serving drinks to engaging with customers and providing product recommendations:

- Leading on the management and relationship with suppliers
- Rota management support amongst the part time team members
- Hosting and organising events
- Managing stock levels
- Preparing and serving high-quality alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Using a till to take orders and process payments
- Checking customers identification and age verification
- Engaging with customers and advising them about current promotions
- Maintaining a clean and organised cafe/bar area, including quickly responding to spills and other health and safety hazards
- Monitoring and replenishing stock levels as needed
- Clearing tables, wiping surfaces and operating the dishwasher to ensure ample glassware is available
- Be second in command, reporting to the Community Manager who oversees the Cafe/Bar and co-working space at The Palm House

**Qualifications**

A Bar Supervisor role in cafes/bars/restaurants for at least one year.

Customer facing experience at least two years.
