Job Introduction
**Master Data Team Operative**

Ambassador for the Master Data and Vendor Governance team, Supply Management department and wider Sodexo company.

The Master data and Vendor Governance team maintains approximately 7,000 vendors in SAP for all UK and Ireland company codes and purchasing organisations. The master data team maintains 185,000 vendors to profit centre rebate links

Main Responsibilities
**What you will do**
- Create and maintain purchasing master data within the systems used to agreed timelines
- Monthly and quarterly housekeeping and cleanses of master data to maintain and improve accuracy and quality of existing master data
- Resolve issues and queries raised by internal stakeholders and vendors, escalating where necessary
- Process and user guide reviews following each system enhancement or yearly as a minimum to ensure accuracy, relevance, and best practice.

**What you will bring**
- Methodical, organised, accurate with good attention to detail
- Team Player Team player with excellent communication both verbal and written with strong influencing skills
- Previous administration experience in a busy environment
- Level 2 Excel and working knowledge of other MS office packages
- Experience of working with SAP master data
- Experience of system UAT
- Experience of writing and working with processes and user guides and training users
