This fantastic opportunity within the Aero, Defence and Security sector, is to support with managing Change and Projects in an Infrastructure environment.? Working as part of an established team. **What you will be doing**: - Responsible for managing Change Requests raised by the client and internal teams - Enable and support the timely delivery of?Scrum Deliverables, ensuring they?are up to quality standards?and meet the requirements definition? - Responsible for supporting Client/Internal Team to document definitive and testable requirements - Package up Proposals for Change to the client, considering resource, cost and implementation - Enable and facilitate collaboration and cooperation among all?Scrum Team?members and help to resolve any issues related to the?Team’s activities? - Ensure that the relevant "Scrum Artefacts" and project documentation facilitate visibility of the development of the - Product to the?Scrum Team?and Stakeholders? - Facilitate and support all Sprint meetings (including enforcement of time boxes for such meetings)? - Capture and record data generated (e.g., during Sprint/project/change meetings) by the?Change Team?to facilitate adjustment of forecasts in relation to Sprints and Releases? - Use all reasonable endeavour to resolve any issues in good faith by agreement at the applicable Sprint meeting? - Ensure timely removal of any impediments which may affect the delivery of the Sprint? - Resolve conflicts that occur within the?Team? - Work very closely with other Scrum Masters (Release Train) and Project Managers to coordinate sprints and releases? - Work very closely with the Product Owners, Change Manager and Service Manager to?escalate any issues where the?Team?members are being negatively impacted? - Sprint and Project Reporting and contributing to delivery reporting? - Coach team members in Agile frameworks and guide them towards higher project and Scrum maturity - Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration? - Be the point of contact for?communications?with?other?Scrum and Project Teams? - Participate in Delivery Governance meetings, on invitation? - Help?teams?implement changes effectively? - Help build a productive and?psychologically safe environment?where team members 'own’ the product enjoy working on **What you’ll bring**: - Experience of leading Project Teams, experience with agile methodologies is a bonus - Experience of managing change using multiple resources from Operations and Projects - Knowledge of the Scrum framework, with all its artefacts and techniques? - Ability to?coordinate people and projects? - Excellent communication skills? - Excellent team leadership skills - Security clearance (or ability to obtain) to SC Level **It would be great if you had**: - Experience of acting as?a?Scrum Master for a?Scrum Team?operating?as?part of an Agile release train **Employment Type - Full Time, Permanent **Location - Stevenage, Portsmouth or Newport with travel to all three sites and hybrid working options.** **Security Clearance Level - SC or eligible for SC** **Internal Recruiter - Lee** **Salary - £45-£50k** **Benefits - 25 days holiday with option to buy/sell, £5400 car allowance, Private Medical Insurance, Pension, Life Assurance, 3% flexible benefits fund** **Loved reading about this job and want to know more about our company?** Sopra Steria’s Aerospace, Defence and Security business designs, develops and deploys digital solutions to Central Government clients.
