We are currently looking to recruit an enthusiastic and reliable Head of IT Projects and Business Analysis to join us on a permanent, **full-time** basis working**09.00-17.00**within our **IT Division** on site in **Banbury.**

**As Head of IT Projects and Business Analysis, your duties will include**:

- Leading and coordinating the IT team in all projects (both Business and IT Specific). This will involve DCS's leadership team, individual function leaders and key suppliers, with the aim to successfully deliver DCS's IT & business projects on time and withinbudget
- Supporting the IT Director and IT Manager to coordinate internal & external resources and reporting.
- Create and own the IT project budget, tracking project budgets and communication of information to key stakeholder
- Provide a weekly summary reporting business project updates to DCS's SLT
- Support the various business function heads in identifying operational improvements and process/system improvements as part of a continuous improvement process.

**What we are looking for in our ideal Head of IT Projects and Business Analysis**:

- You must have a degree in IT or relevant technical qualification such as certification by a professional organisation such as Cisco or Microsoft.
- You are Proficient in Business Analysis
- Excellent at building and maintaining effective relationships within DCS IT, DCS SLT, sites and key suppliers
- Developing and delivering high quality and innovative solutions. Focusing on DCS needs and gaining trust throughout the business
- Previous experience of working in a client facing role
