As an Account Manager, you'll be joining the team. Established clients need you. So you'll be on hand to grow, develop and nurture some of the biggest clients the business has, this is why it's important that you have a background in what they do - LargeFormat Printing.

You're not just handholding, oh no, as an Account Manager you'll be the first port of call from the client, internally and you'll be expected to be technically strong and able to pull together the whole process from estimates through to installation. You'rethe one who is running the show from start to finish so you've got to have a broad range of skills. You know this already though and it certainly shouldn't phase you.

So a client calls in, they speak with you. They have a problem, they speak with you. They need a quote, they speak with you. They have a new project, you guessed it, they speak with you. You then guide them through the process and pull all the strings internallyfrom inputting the data onto the MIS, gathering the pricing, formulating the quote, working with design, production and reporting back to the client every step of the way.

Whilst the role is varied, it will be easy to follow the work flow as everything, and I mean everything is done in house. Meaning that you've got complete control over the process, which, in turn, makes it easier for you to offer the world class serviceto your clients.
