**About The Role**:
ARAG UK have an excellent opportunity for a Case Handler to join the busy and friendly ATE Underwriting team.

In this varied role, successful applicant can expect to handle ongoing cases, providing excellent customer care by ensuring that fair and just decisions are met. This is a great opportunity to showcase your ability to provide an efficient and exceptional service to our business partners and policyholders.

The Case Handler role at ARAG involves daily case management of insurance cases, which will entail a high level of customer service provision to our customers and business partners. As a result, a good standard of written and verbal communication skills is essential to help ensure good customer outcomes. You’ll be working in a friendly and supportive team, and you can expect full training and development to help you meet your full potential.
