Whytematter are excited to be once again recruiting for their valued client, 4Beauty Group. Their brand portfolio includes the award winning He-Shi Tan & SKINICIAN skincare.

**Who are we looking for?**

We are looking for an experienced Sales admin Person who is competent in developing relationships and generating new business from our clients brand portfolio (2 brands).

Strong communication skills, a passion for what you do and a positive attitude are key to making this role a success.

**What will you be responsible for?**:

- Liaise with client accounts for an agreed portfolio of skincare and tan to meet agreed sales targets, customers include: distributors, key accounts, wholesalers and salons.
- Support for the Sales Team with general admin, pricing, sales order processing, trade marketing and event/promotional support
- Pro-actively identify new business opportunities - supporting sales team to conversion.
- Onboarding new customers and completion on new line forms and pricing
- Deliver excellent account support including retail training and event support.
- Online Skin Consultations with customers who need help in deciding what to purchase.
- 1st point of contact for incoming calls and Showroom visitors
- Customer Service on queries across all channels

Marketing team support with organising influencer drops, samples for new customers, ordering point of sale and co-ordinating delivery etc

- Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets
- Continuously improving our ways of working and effectively implementing new ideas
- Maintain a regular and clear communication with your manager and with sales team.

**Essential Requirements;**:

- At least 2 years’ experience in a similar sales role
- Outbound calling experience / Lead Generation
- Excellent written and verbal communication with the confidence to present to groups
- General computer literacy in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Retailing experience & Passion for driving new business

**Desirable Requirements;**:

- Beauty Therapy NVQ level 2
- Experience in processing orders in an accounts package
- Experience/ track record of selling products similar to those in our portfolio
- Proven track record in finding new business and achieving sales targets
- Proven track record in developing accounts and helping them achieve success
